Timeline:

1.        June, 2011 - The commissioning of the first calendered PVC sheet production line of Hesheng was completed perfectly and successfully, thus making Hesheng become the first manufacturer specializing in the production of cooling tower fills in Guangzhou.

2.        October, 2011 - The stable supplying of high quality products made us become a main supplier of Hong Kong invested enterprises and Taiwan invested enterprises very soon.

3.        June, 2012 - Hesheng moved to the new factory in Jianggao Town (within the industrial partk) for the convenience of our future expansion.

4.        October, 2012 - The S-corrugation fill for industrial cooling tower was developed and produced successfully, thus making us the first manufacturer producing industrial cooling tower fills in South China.

5.        February, 2013 - Products of Hesheng passed through the test carried out by "Guangzhou Quality Supervision and Testing Institute". All important parameters of the cooling power fill, such as the oxygen index, tensile strength, etc., have a higher level than the national standard.

6.        October, 2013 - The first high-speed positive pressure forming machine was developed successfully.

7.        October, 2013 - As the overall market had a falling trend, Hesheng made its full effort to make the great investment in the introduction of the second large scale calendering production line (1600 type) from a foreign-funded factory, preparing for its future expansion.

8.        May, 2014 - The second-generation high-speed positive pressure forming machine was developed successfully. The self-developed device is good especially in terms of configuration, performance and stability, so the purchase and maintenance cost can be reduced. And all faults of the device can be dealt with by ourselves. 

9.         June, 2014 - The second plant area of Hesheng (positive pressure forming workshop), covering an area of 3500 m2, was put into use.

10.    July, 2016 - The cooling tower fill of Hesheng passed through the test carried out by "Guangzhou Quality Supervision and Testing Institute", reaching Level II of national fire rating for building materials.
